This is not a value to compensate for this inconvenience. They have to go to a supervisor that requires the customer to wait an additional business days. I get a response that it has been sent to management but I never get a response from their management. This is despite my having proof that the package is not moving at all with the USPS tracking. I have never had such incompetent and irresponsible customer service. I had to follow up on each return to ensure they credited me, they did not do it automatically. Instead of a credit back to my credit card they instead gave me store credit which I am still trying to use up.
