This is not a value to compensate for this inconvenience. They have to go to a supervisor that requires the customer to wait an additional business days. I get a response that it has been sent to management but I never get a response from their management. I have had the adore me service for a few years now and this last experience has been the absolute worst. I ordered a set on June 8th and it showed that they shipped it out on June 10th. It is now July 4th and nothing has shown up.

I have emailed customer service multiple times and they keep telling me to wait until a later date to see if it shows up.

This is despite my having proof that the package is not moving at all with the USPS tracking. I have never had such incompetent and irresponsible customer service. Clearly the package is lost and all I want is my refund so I can cancel my account and never recommend them again. I agree, the company is a scam. I had to follow up on each return to ensure they credited me, they did not do it automatically. Instead of a credit back to my credit card they instead gave me store credit which I am still trying to use up.

Bra and panties came as a set and like many ladies my top and bottom size do not match. I am also amazed that there are any positive reviews.
